Siberian Iris

Siberian Iris are an excellent plant for around the pond or in a moist area of the garden.  Their elegant delicate flowers bloom profusely in early summer.  The tall green foliage stays beautiful until frost.  Divide the clumps, preferably in the fall, when there is a noticeable lessening of blooms.

Planting & Fertilizing
It is extremely important to make sure there is good drainage where you plant your bulbs and that you fertilize the bulbs 3 times with a well-balanced 10-10-10 fertilizer.  Fertilize once when planting, once when they just come above the surface and once right after flowering.
