Contents:
1 Sturdy black metal base, with a solid bottom plate that has indentations to hold the burners.
2 Burners that use spiritus ie: liquid flame, Sterno cans, or liquid sterno
2 Non-stick frying pans with a diameter of 6 inches

What to cook:

  1. Bite size pieces of your favorite meats and fish

  2. Green peppers and/or onions

  3. Your favorite vegetables like potatoes, yellow squash

  4. You could even prepare eggs if you like

  Fry in butter, margarine or olive oil.

Have as a side dish some of your favorite salads, fresh bread and your favorite cheeses and raw vegetables.
