Gloria writes: "I have been helping with the flowers for our church flower bed for several summers now. These are cleome that I planted this year. There also were pink petunias and then rows of purple alyssium. I got many, many compliments from them. I though they were a great example of God's goodness to us!" |

Donald writes: "Artichoke that you can cook and eat can be used to decorate your home." |

|
Treasa writes: "I enjoy this photo because of it's simplicity. It has a place in my cottage garden. Even a plain flower can show off style and grace. It is Ratibida pinnata." |

Themie writes: "This pic(ture) shows nature at its best." |

Donna writes: "I love the sense of renewal in the light playing off the water droplets, the energy of the veining in the tulip petals and the anticipation in the peony buds." |

Teresa writes: "I gave my mother this rose bush for Mothers Day one year. After her death, we dug it and moved it to my yard in the summer of last year. All summer and winter the bush stayed strong and grew. This spring, it bloomed profusely for several months giving me a wonderful show of blooms. It makes me happy to think maybe my mother in heaven had something to do with it and is happy that I now have the rose bush." |

Grayce writes: "I love the way the whites came out without any over-exposure. I also like the angle and the yellow center." |

Margaret and Barbara write: "We bought our Dad's Best White daylilies from you a year ago. Their big wide-open creamy flowers are surprisingly sturdy and long-lasting, giving us a day-and-a-half of bloom. We have planted them next to a chartreuse barberry, purple flowered germander, and burgundy coral bells. We love the effect." |

Gurram writes: "Freddie contemplating life as the sun sets on the rose garden." |

Katy writes: "What I like best about this photo is that using a macro lens on the camera, I was able to capture details of Tradescantia virginiana that I had not seen before. This is a beautiful native for the garden as I think anyone would agree from this photo." |

Kathy writes, "This is probably my favorite photo that I took this past summer. I was minding my own business cleaning out my Daylily patch when out of the corner of my eye, I saw a little smudge on the inside of one of the flowers. Upon closer examination....it was a tiny little Treefrog trying to disguise himself on the green background. How very cute!" | |
